1. Exchange & Returns

• ✅ Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The received product differs from the original order.
• The package is incomplete (missing tags, labels, or original packaging).

• 📦 Approved claims will be replaced with an item of equal value (as per invoice).

2. Order Cancellations

• ❌ No refunds or money-back guarantee is offered.
• 🕒 Orders placed via Credit Card or PayPal may be canceled within 24 hours. A coupon of equal value will be issued, valid for 60 days.
• 🚫 Orders may be canceled by Fabric Emporium if:
• Item is out of stock
• Damage is discovered during quality check
• Payment processing fails or is declined
